Privacy notice
Last updated October 17, 2026
This notice covers two things: this website, jiggleproof.com, and the JiggleProof product, which organizations install on their own Windows PCs.
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. We don't track your visit.
- The demo request form. When you send it, the details you enter (name, work email, company, number of PCs and your message) go to us through Formspree, the service that delivers our form submissions. We use them only to reply to you and arrange a demo or pilot, and we don't sell or share them.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server and our network provider, Cloudflare, keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to run and protect the site.
The JiggleProof product
Organizations that use JiggleProof decide to install it on PCs they manage, and they're responsible for telling the people who use those PCs. What the agent on a PC reports to the organization's JiggleProof dashboard:
- The PC's name, its Windows user names, and the agent's version and health.
- A list of input devices (mice, keyboards) with their hardware IDs and fingerprints.
- Detections: which rules fired and why, a per-minute count of input for the flagged device, and a short sample of the flagged movements.
- Per-minute time accounting: whether each minute had input from a person, input only from a flagged jiggler, or no input.
It never records what is typed (key presses are counted, not read), never takes screenshots, and doesn't collect window titles or browsing history. Detection runs on the PC; raw input streams never leave it.
If you use a PC where JiggleProof is installed and have questions about how your organization uses it, please ask your organization first.
